Diagnose and recover from checkout problems
Find whether the problem concerns selection, rendering or WooCommerce processing.
Version 0.4.0-alpha.1 · Development alpha · Updated 20 September 2026
The active checkout did not change
Save draft does not publish. Check the active label and choose Apply to checkout. The preview reflects the draft and can differ intentionally. If only colors seem to change, compare desktop at the real 1280 px canvas; several designs stack similarly on mobile.
No checkout appears in the preview
Use Prepare a test cart and add a product. The preview is intentionally read-only and disables scripts, fields and payments. Test step interactions on Open active checkout, not inside the iframe.
A setting is rejected
Inspect the identified field. Use six-digit colors such as #345e59, a radius between 0 and 24, a width between 640 and 1440, and an engine matching the selected design. For long translated text, shorten it; the stored limit is measured in UTF-8 bytes. Your attempted values remain in the editor after validation errors.
A field or payment method is missing
Confirm the provider supports your chosen engine. Blocks-only extensions are not migrated to Classic. Revert or disable the layout to compare with the original checkout. Keep browser error details and provider versions for diagnosis, but do not send payment data, passwords, tokens or customer information.
An image cannot be selected
Check WordPress media permissions and that the asset is a supported image attachment. Media upload is restricted in the admin demo. Imported configurations intentionally clear images.
Collect a useful report
Start here includes minimized diagnostics: plugin, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP versions; page renderer; active engine and design. Include reproduction steps, expected and actual behavior, and whether the original checkout works. No telemetry is sent automatically.
