Business purchases only

Our paid products are offered to businesses and professionals purchasing for their business activity. We do not offer consumer purchases. Provide accurate business identity, billing address and tax details. We may request evidence before accepting or completing an order.

Business verification and taxes

EU customers outside Italy need a VAT number that can be validated through VIES. Customers outside the EU must create an account, save their business billing address and contact info@hookspark.dev before their first purchase. We review the business evidence and applicable tax treatment before enabling payment. Changes to business identity or billing details may require a new review. If we cannot validate the required information, payment remains unavailable.

Products, prices and payment

Each product page identifies the plugin, supported features and site allowance. Prices are in EUR, excluding applicable taxes. The total due and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Stripe and PayPal process supported payments. Payment confirmation is required before protected downloads and update entitlements are granted. An order acknowledgement alone does not confirm successful payment.

Annual subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew annually unless you cancel future renewals from your account before the due date. The initial price and the annual renewal price are shown before purchase; a first-year promotion does not apply to subsequent renewals unless expressly stated. Cancelling future renewals preserves the period already paid for. A failed payment does not extend that period.

Site allowance

The selected plan determines the number of distinct site identities that can be connected for updates and support. Site assignments are permanent: disconnecting a site or replacing a lost key does not release its slot for a different site. A different site requires an unused slot or another licence. This commercial entitlement does not replace the licence of the software code.

Updates, support and downloads

During the paid period, your account provides the purchased updates, support and protected downloads. At expiry without renewal, access to all downloads, including older versions, ends. The plugin already installed continues to function. We do not remotely delete files you have downloaded or disable the installed plugin for non-renewal. An old version is not guaranteed to remain compatible with future changes to WordPress, WooCommerce or other software.

Keep a backup while your access is active. We send an advance notice to the purchase email when the paid period is approaching expiry; keep this address current and check your account for the authoritative expiry date. A missing or undelivered email does not extend the paid period.

30-day initial-purchase refund

Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase by emailing info@hookspark.dev from the purchase email and quoting your order number. You do not need to provide a reason to qualify within this period. This commercial guarantee applies to the initial purchase and does not restart with automatic subscription renewals. Cancel future renewals before the due date if you do not wish to renew.

This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or correction of duplicate, unauthorised or erroneous charges. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; the time for funds to appear depends on the provider and bank. A full refund ends the corresponding entitlement to updates, support and server downloads.

Support and safe installation

Support covers the purchased plugin, its documented configuration and reproducible defects in the stated supported environment during the active paid period. Custom development and unrelated third-party products are outside this scope. Back up your site and test changes in staging before installing or updating. Compatibility and development status are described on the product page and in its documentation; no compatibility with every third-party combination is promised.

Personal information and contact

Our privacy notice explains how account, purchase, payment and licence data are used. For billing, cancellation, support or a complaint, contact info@hookspark.dev and include your order number. These terms do not remove protections that applicable law makes mandatory. Changes to future offers do not retrospectively remove rights already granted under an earlier purchase.
