Request a Quote records the commercial conversation and accepted proposal. WooCommerce remains authoritative for products, current availability, orders, checkout, gateways, payment, refunds and customer order access.

Product Options & Add-Ons choices are preserved where the supported HookSpark integration is active. Other pricing, booking, bundle, multicurrency and third-party product models require their own compatibility evidence.

Current tested environment and limits.

Local evidence covers WordPress 7.1.2, WooCommerce 11.1, PHP 8.2, HPOS paths, guest and account requests, native products, Storefront, Twenty Twenty-Five, the classic and Block checkout paths, the native multisite demo flow and the documented HookSpark integrations. Online gateway, screen-reader and broad third-party extension matrices remain separate acceptance work.

Request a Quote: common questions

Does accepting a quote take payment?

No. Acceptance records the agreed revision. WooCommerce checkout and the selected gateway remain a separate step.

Can I use my own logo, colors and signature image?

Yes. Logo, company details, accent color and a validated raster signature graphic can be saved in a template. A signature image is a visual element, not a certified electronic signature.

Can templates move between stores?

Yes. Export and import move presentation settings without customer identities, quote prices or published revisions.

Can customers still buy normally?

Yes. Quote eligibility does not remove the standard WooCommerce purchase path unless the merchant configures its own catalogue behavior.

Are private quote links identity verification?

No. Anyone holding a valid link can use its permitted actions. Links can expire or be revoked and should be shared only with the intended recipient.
