Control categories, quantities, audience and order

Version 0.2.0-alpha.1 · Development alpha

Setup and result

Use minimum cart amount (included), maximum amount (excluded), minimum quantity and maximum quantity (both included). Empty fields ignore that condition. Amounts follow WooCommerce tax display after coupons, excluding shipping and fees. Quantities count the whole cart.

Example, checks and limits

Minimum €50 and maximum €100 matches €50 through €99.99. Quantity 2 through 3 includes both endpoints. Categories are inherited from the variation’s parent. Subcategories are included by default; switch this off for exact category matching. A required category needs at least one match; an excluded category must have none. Choose Everyone, Guests or Logged-in customers. Priority sorts lowest number first; ties use creation order. Information, Success and Attention are fixed accessible-color presets. Messages support restricted rich text, optional icons, a banner and a link button. The list search filters its displayed text and status locally.

Visual editor and editable designs

In Messages, format customer text with bold, italic, links and line breaks. Choose Simple notice, Gift card, Offer ribbon or Banner spotlight: presets change appearance without overwriting text, banners, dates or targeting.

Colors and fonts

Use Background color and Text color to customize the whole message with the WordPress color picker or a hex value. Clear either color to restore the template default. Custom colors take priority over Information, Success and Attention styles. Choose the theme font, system font, Arial, Verdana, Georgia, Trebuchet MS or Courier New; fonts use local fallback stacks and do not load remote files. These settings apply to the whole message, not individual selected words. Changes appear in the live preview and are stored when you save.

Icons and banners

Search the included library of 57 free Bootstrap Icons, alongside the six original icons, and click a tile to select it. Choose None to hide the icon. Set Icon position to Left of the message, Right of the message or Above the text. The preview updates immediately; changing the visual template preserves your icon and its position. Icons are bundled locally with their MIT license and need no external account or CDN. Select a raster image from your site’s Media Library, add alternative text, optionally link it, and place it above or below the text. You may leave the message text empty when using a banner. An optional mobile image replaces the desktop image below 600px. Images retain their proportions.

Preview and permissions

The live preview stays beside the composition controls on desktop as you scroll. On smaller screens it appears immediately below the message text, before visual settings. The Desktop and Mobile buttons change the appearance preview. The preview uses the same sanitized renderer as the storefront; it does not simulate eligibility or save changes. Upload access follows WordPress permissions. In a restricted personal demo, choose an existing library image. Save the draft, review its conditions and enable it when ready.

Existing plain-text messages remain escaped until edited and saved. Scripts, arbitrary styles and embedded images inside the rich text are removed; banners use separate attachment fields. The native Free shipping tab retains its existing text/progress settings and remaining-amount placeholder.
