Advanced promotions, with clear boundaries
These functions are included in the standalone Free plugin. No Premium license is required.
Start from a draft
The six templates create inactive drafts: quantity discount, fixed-total group, first purchase, returning customer, weekend and shipping offer. Review products, amounts and services, save, then activate deliberately.
Schedule recurring promotions
Choose weekdays and a daily start/end in the shop timezone. Blank days mean every day; blank times mean all day. The start is included and the end excluded. Friday 22:00–02:00 includes Saturday before 02:00. Absolute campaign dates still apply; equal daily times are rejected.
Match weight and destination
Weight is the total quantity-weighted context in the store unit; products without weight count as zero. Minimum/maximum are inclusive. Shipping rules evaluate each package. Select countries and comma-separated postcodes: 90* matches a prefix. Missing required destination data does not qualify.
Use paid-order history
Registered customers only. Count processing/completed orders paid before the calculation time, optionally within a rolling number of days. Spending and latest monetary order use the current currency, include tax/shipping and deduct current refunds. Counts can include other currencies. Above 500 paid orders in the period, history is unavailable and the offer does not apply. First-purchase eligibility is not a reservation against simultaneous orders; past simulations use current refund state.
Combine conditions
Add nested All/Any groups, up to 4 levels and 50 nodes. Supported facts include selected product/category quantity, context quantity/subtotal/weight, country, registered email and permitted customer metadata. Metadata keys are hs_* or billing_company, billing_city and billing_country. Missing facts never satisfy a negative comparison. The tree is additional to the promotion’s general mandatory requirements.
Create a fixed-total group
Choose 3 units and a total of 100, for example. Use counting across selected products to mix them. Cheapest eligible units form complete groups; remaining units retain their price. Enable repetition for further complete groups. Prices never increase. The total is allocated proportionally and follows the catalog tax basis. Test the intended product/tax combination in checkout.
Let customers choose a reward
For Buy A / discount B, select qualifying A products as count-only and eligible B rewards separately. Free gifts require 100% off. Supply up to 20 choices for explicit selection in the cart. For paid add-ons enable the dedicated option and choose a percentage greater than 0 and below 100. The shopper confirms the displayed price before addition. Changing campaign settings invalidates the previous choice. Removing the trigger removes generated rewards. Consent does not freeze future catalog prices. The simulator does not invent a customer choice.
Require a payment or shipping method
Empty selections add no restriction. Required methods must be available and chosen. Every selected shipping package must use an allowed service/instance. The submitted checkout payment method is evaluated again. A dated simulation cannot presume a checkout method.
Adjust shipping prices
Choose free shipping, percentage reduction, fixed reduction or target price for selected services already available at the destination. Each package is checked separately; prices never rise. Existing rate taxes reduce proportionally. Best/first/sequential strategies apply per rate. Reports retain one attributed campaign for a combined shipping reduction.
Add a checkout fee
Use a fixed amount or a percentage of merchandise after coupons, excluding shipping and other fees. Select taxable status and tax class explicitly. Best chooses the lowest positive fee; First follows priority; Sequential adds matching fees. Quantity conditions use combined counting. Fees appear as separate native checkout entries. They are excluded from product savings and discounted-unit quotas, and are not included in the simulator’s confirmed final estimate.
Display and share promotions
Enable a product-preview countdown when an absolute campaign end exists. It appears only for a discounted quantity and does not restart with daily windows. A campaign link applies its required native WooCommerce coupon to the current cart, respecting restrictions at that moment; it does not queue a coupon for later qualification.
Show an explicit offer list
Use [hs_pricing_products ids="12,34" quantity="3"] for up to 50 specified public simple products. Prices load for the current customer via AJAX, respecting stock, Min/Max and campaign quotas. This is not an automatic whole-catalog sale list or variable-product listing. The amount describes the selected product purchased alone; other cart contents can change the outcome.
Verify before activating
This alpha.5.dev release is a development preview for staging. Current checks include WordPress 7.1.2 / WooCommerce 11.1 / PHP 8.2, native orders and protected staging. New features do not inherit universal theme, gateway, builder, currency or product-type compatibility. Reproduce your cart, tax and stock scenarios. Keep a backup and replace the plugin manually using the downloaded ZIP; an automatic update service is not promised.
