Diagnose settings and prepare a support report

Diagnostics can identify several configuration problems. They do not replace testing the purchase that fails.

Open the local report

  1. Open the diagnostics tools from the Min/Max rules screen.
  2. Read the configuration checks and any notice about another known Min/Max engine.
  3. Correct the affected rule, catalog reference, stock setting or currency configuration.
  4. Open the report again and retest the exact product/cart journey.
FindingNext step
Conflicting limitsReview applicable scopes and intervals. The count refers to affected rule entries, not necessarily unique conflicts.
Missing product, term, user, role or parent referenceReplace or remove the obsolete reference in the affected rule.
Currency changedReview the amount and save in the current base currency/precision.
Sold individually / insufficient stockCheck whether the product can supply the smallest valid quantity. Review stock, backorders or the restriction.
Unsupported or damaged storageRestore compatible code and a verified settings backup. Checkout is paused when the rules cannot be verified.

Inspect a product’s related rules

In WooCommerce’s classic product editor, the Min/Max panel in the product data area lists related saved rules and links to the central editor. Variation rows have related information too. These panels are read-only; they are not a second configuration editor.

Customer contexts are illustrative. A panel does not simulate every account, unsaved product edit, wildcard attribute choice or cart composition. Follow through with the actual selected variation and intended customer.

What gets shared?

The report stays on your site until you download and choose to share it. Expand the exact-report preview before downloading. It includes platform versions, rule counts and diagnostic counts. It excludes customer/order records, site addresses, rule names and custom messages. Do not append credentials or customer data to a support report.

No issues found

This means the available checks found no issue in the inspected active rules. It does not certify compatibility with every theme/plugin or that all checkout paths pass. Known competing engines are reported, not disabled automatically.
